TipTopJob partnership continues with Access MBA

We are really excited to be entering another season in partnership with Access MBA. We first began our partnership back in 2013 and have continued to work together ever since. This fall, we begin by promoting the upcoming events across Western Europe.

Access MBA was established in 2004 as an independent media agency that provide personalised services for international business schools and prospective students. They work with the top 200 business schools across the world and connect with students at over 100 international events each year.

Here at TipTopJob, we are able to promote these events within each of the Countries as well as Internationally to our database of active and passive jobseekers. In return, Access MBA are able to market the TipTopJob job hunting services to their network of students.

Office goss rife in London and the South of the UK

Our latest findings around office gossip compared how common it was in the workplace across the UK. 

67% of workers in London and the South said that is common and rife in their workplace leaving only 33% that do not experience it.

Workers in the North of the UK were the least gossipy of the lot with only 20% experiencing office gossip as common and rife.

We also asked those in the Midlands and East Anglia who were very closely matched like in Scotland and Wales. 54% felt it was common in their workplace around the Midlands and East Anglia areas and 46% in Scotland and Wales.

64% of people in London have come across a jobseeker or recruiter with a rude/hilarious/funny name. Have you?!?

We also asked those living in Birmingham, Leeds, Glasgow, Manchester and Bristol and compared the results.

Only 3% of those in Leeds had come across a rude/hilarious/funny name in the recruitment market which was the smallest % out of all of the areas asked.

11% in Birmingham had, 9% in Manchester, 8 % in Bristol and 5% in Glasgow.

London homes the most diverse set of cultures so it is bound to have "stranger" names.
