The Contact Center handles more than 20,000 telephone based customer service projects every year on a global basis.

They are currently looking for Swedish Customer Care/Technical Support Advisors and Norwegian Customer Care/Technical Support Advisors from anywhere across Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Greece and Norway.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a behalf of a large Scandinavian telecommunications company. The position is starting beginning of May 2015.

Responsibilities:
- To receive telephone calls and handle questions or problems that focus on all aspects of customer experience in their program.
- To maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.

The role is a fixed term contact working 5 days per week (shift rotation). This is a project based environment and there are real opportunities to develop within the role and also within the company itself.
