We are currently recruiting for a Telesales Consultant / Executive to join our team in Maidenhead for the International job board network TipTopJob and theINDUSTRYjob jobsites. The role will be focusing on growing the UK market selling the job advertising and database search to recruitment agencies, advertising agencies and direct clients across multiple industry sectors.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have some experience in telephone selling, specifically B2B.
Main Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls
- Selling online job advertising and database search facilities
- Closing deals
- Building and maintaining relationships
- Managing a diary of call backs
Main Skills:
- Outbound telesales sales experience
- Good telephone manner
- IT literate
- Self-motivated, hard-working and driven
- Resilient
Excellent salary is available depending on experience plus a progressive commission scheme with the potential to earn great income. Company bonuses and other incentives are also available.
